What do foxes, pirates, and elves have in common? Ahem... *sings* "These are a few of my fa~vorite things!"

But seriously...

As per my recent poll, the contest theme that won out was Design My Tattoo.

Da Rules!
1. You'll be designing a tattoo. Keep that in mind when considering how much detail you put into it (remember that tons of minute details = more pain that you put me through.

)

2. The design MUST depict one (or more!) of the following:

fox

pirate or something "piratey"

geisha

elf

wings

some creature of the fantasy genre (includes but not limited to unicorn, fairy, mermaid, vampire, dryad, dragon, etc.)

3. Keep it fairly small! I don't want a masterpiece on my back, just a tattoo.

Even the wings, I don't want going up and down my entire back, just something that would fit nicely just below my scapulae.

There is NO limitation on the number of entries you can submit! That's right...no limit!

Be creative! As aforementioned, feel free to incorporate more than one of the above themes, for instance: a fox wearing a pirate hat in the Captain Morgan pose with a pixie on his shoulder. (A little big for my tastes, but you get the gist).

And of course, feel free to note and/or discuss with me any ideas you may have but want to fine-tune.

Deadline
I hope to get inked by my birthday (and prime bathing-suit season!) so all entries must be in BEFORE July 1st!

If 25 entries are submitted, I will be selecting TWO grand-prize winners! If 30 or more are entered, you will have unlocked... the secret prize. (Oh, the suspense!)

Prizes! (aka, the important stuff)
Grand Prize: Aside from the glory of having your artwork forever imprinted upon my body, grand prize consists of a three-month subscription and choice of a print from your wishlist. If you have no wishlist, subscription is upped to a full year.

First Runner-up: Month-long journal feature and a choice of a print from your wishlist. If you have no wishlist, a three-month subscription.

Second Runner-up: Month-long journal feature and a three-month subscription.

Commission Info

I am ONLY accepting written commissions (no crappy drawings, sorry), but they can be ANYthing written. I have no scruples about this, if you need a poem or term paper written for a class and you have no ideas or no time or just plain don't feel like doing it, contact me. We'll work something out.

Poems: $10 flat rate, any style or form, with the exception of

Haiku: $5 single haiku

Short Story: $25, five to twenty pages

Novelette: $50, twenty-five to seventy-five pages

Novel: $250, eighty to one hundred and fifty pages
(Anything beyond is up for negotiation)

Term Papers

Type A: All research/notes are completed by the commissioner. $5 per page.

Type B: Research/notes are done by me. $15 per page.

Any and all other types of writing assignments/projects will be considered upon discussion with me.

Arlin is one of my older OCs and my first FFXI character.
